The Drumming Feet Experiment

The Drumming Feet Experiment

And now I play the drums with my feet! The idea came to my mind in December 2009 after I played the bass pedals for several years. Actually this happened because my wife wanted to play the bass and I had to look for another assignment for my feet.  I’m using the Fatar Studiologic MP117 bass pedal controlling a drum kit generated by a Roland expander. The piano is a Kawai MP8. Bass and guitars come from my Yamaha Motif EX. The following improvisations happend between December 2009 and February 2010. All instruments are played live and simultaneously, just by me; there are no sequencers or overdubs. I directly recorded the stereo output using a Zoom recorder.
